Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Concept website: Aurelia Estates is a fictional business. This website was made by Nexa Web Studio to show a finished website, and its forms do not send anything. The text below shows the policy a real business would publish.

This page explains what information Aurelia Estates collects through this website, why, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how you can see or delete it. We only collect what we need to answer you.

1. Who we are

Aurelia Estates. For any question about your information, email nexawebstudio@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

If you only visit the website, we do not ask for any personal information and we do not track you.

If you use the booking form, we receive:

• your name
• your email address
• the date you would like
• the service you are interested in
• your message

We do not ask for anything else, and we never ask for payment details, passwords or ID through this website.

3. Why we use it

Only to answer your message, arrange your booking and keep a record of what we agreed with you. We never sell, rent or share your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

4. Where it goes

On this concept website nothing leaves your browser: the form only checks what you typed.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep what the law requires for our accounts.

6. Cookies and outside services

This website uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Every cookie and outside service it uses is listed in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights: see, correct or delete your data

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email nexawebstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We answer within 30 days and confirm by email when your data is deleted.

These rights come from the UK GDPR, Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and US state privacy laws such as California's. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Children

This website is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

9. Keeping it safe

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only the people who answer your message can read it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
